Karla was first introduced to the real estate world as a young adult, while assisting in translating for non-english speaking customers. In 2003, Karla entered the workplace in a real estate office as an office administrator. In this role, she supported 130 agents, and in 2006, Karla became licensed herself and took on the responsibility of compliance within the office.
In 2008, Karla took her experience to the Keys and worked in the timeshare management industry. As assistant manager, she worked closely with the management team on the day-to-day operations of a timeshare Resort.
In 2010 Karla came back to Cape Coral, where she took on the position of administrator for a small brokerage, and in 2013 she had the opportunity to support the REO market until 2016 where she landed here at Sellstate.
Karla’s integral experience in all aspects of property ownership sets her apart to serve both buyers and sellers needs at a high level of experience and professionalism.
